Presagis has reached an agreement with TXT, an international IT group based in Milan, Italy, for the acquisition of the Embedded Graphics (EG) business, to include the VAPS XT product line. As an end-to-end provider of consultancy, software services and solutions, supporting the digital transformation of customers’ products and core processes, TXT will continue to develop and grow this group to its full potential. Customers impacted by this change have been notified of the details of this transition. The completion of the transaction with TXT is expected in the third quarter of 2023.
