Software Quality Assurance Manager

Presagis is looking for an experienced QA Manager to support our Montreal-based facility transition to a fully automated testing environment, acquire certifications and improve processes.
The ideal candidate has an exemplary background in software QA team management, certifications (ISO9001, AS9100) with experience in QA automation. If you have a passion for continuous improvement and experience building or being part of a QA Center of Excellence or Community of Practice, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the company’s preparation, implementation and internal audit of various quality assurance and certifications
- Develop methodology and implementation of test procedures, test cases, test plans, requirements traceability, schedules, and test reports
- Work with team on developing and maintaining our QMS
- Work with development teams and Project Managers to resolve test defects and measure quality targets
- Attending meetings across multiple departments with QA team members in a mentorship capacity
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Employee one-on-one’s; understanding individual strengths and shortcomings. Coaching individuals; learning on the fly.
- Analyzing and reporting on skill sets
- DevOps and API testing experience required
- QA Automation experience a strong plus
- Six Sigma or CMMI a plus
