We are currently looking for GIS developer to join our company. You will be working as part of Content development team to define, design, implement and deploy our content Production framework technologies. You will be working closely with other developers, architects and 3D artists to ensure a consistent design across Content Application eco-system. As part of your responsibilities, you will be responsible to implement tools to manipulate and standardize GIS data and collaborate on the current automated Geo-spatial processing.

Responsibilities:
- Working on our content production workflow, you will be researching techniques and algorithms using state-of-the-art knowledge to create complexes pipeline models
- Collaborate with product owners and architects to create cutting edge technologies
- Support software solutions using good development practices (i.e. code quality standards, peer review, engineering testing, within established deadlines)
- Enforce Agile methods by communicating regularly, sharing risk analysis, proposing options, taking initiatives
Contribute to Design, Implementation and Deploy of complex pipeline workflow, such as:
- Acquisition and pre-processing of GIS data
- Create automated recipe workflow to support Modeling & Simulation industry standard database format
- Track and manage build deployment and progress
Competencies and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Geo Science (GIS) (or equivalent) experience
- Knowledge of GIS data, models and tools (ESRI software, GDAL, Global mapper, QGIS)
- Strong Python language skill
- Strong Batch scripting skill
- C++ language skills and OO design experience an asset
- Passion for understanding complex problems and driving innovative technical solutions
