Customer Success Specialist (72349)

Presagis is seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded professional to join our Customer Success Team in Orlando, FL.

Our ideal Customer Success Specialist (CSS) candidate will be building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with cross-functional teams internally to deliver excellent customer experiences. The ultimate goal of the CSS is to make customers satisfied and not only renew, but also expand their license(s) and even recommend the product to others. You will be the "voice of the customer“.

The CSS will be working mainly with U.S. government agencies and their respective contracts. This position reports to the Inside Sales and Sales Operations Manager in Montreal.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for accounts in an assigned territory in the U.S., building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them.
  • Review the customer’s objective, taking a consultative approach in helping customers overcome issues and achieve goals.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings.
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed.
  • Achieve and exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual retention targets set by Presagis representing over 50% of our organization’s revenue.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales activity and update data in CRM (customer relationship management) system SalesForce.com.
  • Complete and submit sales pipeline forecast. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in a Customer Success role with a track record of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills Profound knowledge of U.S. government agencies and contracts
  • Strong knowledge of the modeling and simulation software industry (aerospace and defense) Understanding a SAAS model
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities Good knowledge of Salesforce.com
