Definition:
There is no color information in the CDB Material definition. This is useful and necessary to provide proper sensor information (black paint runway stripe will become warmer than white paint runway stripe).
How can we add this information in the CDB Material?

- Add an optional color material which would be a layer on top of the surface substrate.
