Discussion definition:
How do we handle with the proposition of the CDB 3.1 for Site Model, the fact that the data to create a runway would then become duplicated? Here is the duplicated information:
- Vector dataset information (runways, taxiways…)
- 3D Model (Airport site model)

- Use the Footprint (associated to 3D model (CDB 3.1 offered changes) to detect and inform of these changes
