Developers require a way very early in the process to validate prototypes and designs in a realistic cockpit environment.   An iterative design process is needed so that design issues identified later in the project stage can be easily implemented into the production version of the software.



The Solution


Presagis provides Human-Machine Interface (HMI) software tools necessary for the creation of actual cockpit display graphics and applications.  Early prototypes may be easily shared with colleagues and stakeholders and, using graphical interface development tools with automatic code generation, changes late in a project can be easily implemented without hand re-coding. Automatic code generators are available for both Windows and a wide variety of embedded targets, such as the GE MAGIC1.  With Presagis software it is possible to develop entire 3-D environments with 3-D visualization, entities and advanced behaviors to test the new HMI in a virtual setting.
