Visualise Modelling - Apartment Block Models
Using Presagis software solutions, Visualise Modelling Limited created highly realistic models for the planning and approval stage of a new apartment block.
UK's Visualise Modelling Limited (VML) used Presagis Creator and Vega Prime to create highly realistic models of a proposed apartment block for Roffey Homes. For the models, construction and visual realism had to be exact in order to convey the precise impact of the development and to stand up to the scrutiny of technical and non-technical audiences. Built to run on a PC-based system, the models had to evolve continuously as the design aspirations of the developer and architect progressed. Being able to accurately and easily amend the building's structures and textures was crucial for this project.
Using Creator allowed VML to implement the necessary changes quickly and efficiently, even as the client and planning officers looked on. The Building Wizard feature in Creator was especially useful as the roof structure and shape changed many times and the tool made it easy to implement these new designs.
Working with Presagis software helped VML to accurately and effectively construct the models with all the essential features.
