Marine Technical College is the only governmental institute of vocational training
for mariners under the direct control of Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. The image is the view of Tokyo Bay one of the busiest areas for sea transportation. The simulation is used to improve operational skills needed for safe sea navigation under any predictable weather condition. Vega Prime Marine was especially useful for expressing waves and sea surface reflection. Prominently displayed in the image is the Rainbow Bridge, one of the most beautiful landmarks in Tokyo Bay. The tools used to create this application included MultiGen's Creator, Creator Pro, Vega Prime and Vega Prime Marine.
