BAE Systems - Virtual Integration Center
When BAE Systems was tasked with "pushing the envelope," they turned to Creator Pro and Vega Prime from Presagis.
High-fidelity virtual system simulation, assessment, and demonstration is an ongoing initiative at BAE Systems, Armament Systems. Their state-of-the-art Virtual Integration Center possesses extensive connectivity and unlimited video display manipulation between its main 8 x 23 foot, 5.2 megapixel curved display and multiple smaller displays. The team generated a core scenario simulation using Creator products and deployed several high-fidelity prototypes within the scenario. They then executed multiple simultaneous instances of Vega Prime, which provided them with visual access to the wargame simulation. Tactical views, warfighter views, internal system views, and UAV views using camera effects were displayed simultaneously to multiple windows that were continuously manipulated throughout the scenario, immersing the audience within the complex action.
