DIS/HLA for Vega Prime

DIS/HLA for Vega Prime allows you to easily network Vega Prime applications through LynX Prime to provide DIS and HLA operations without any programming.

Whether trying to achieve HLA compliance or developing a Vega Prime simulation that must be distributed among multiple machines or with multiple participants, DIS/HLA for Vega Prime saves time and reduces effort.

The module is built on the VR-Link networking toolkit from MÄK Technologies and provides all the flexibility and networking expertise expected from a MÄK product. The module comes with instant, out-of-the-box interoperability with the RPR FOM, and the flexible FOM-Agile architecture makes it easy to use other FOMs.  Through the FOM Mapper, you can build a simulation once and have it switch between several different federations.

In addition, you can access emissions data, environmental data, and logistics through the embedded VR-Link API in DIS/HLA for Vega Prime.  Setting up a basic simulation, including vehicle positions and orientations and network parameters, requires no coding. The module also handles dead-reckoning, smoothing, thresholding, heartbeats, conversions to and from coordinate systems required by DIS and the RPR FOM, and articulated parts.
