SpeedTree® for Vega Prime is an integrated optional module for Vega Prime that provides the ability to define and render realistic looking vegetation at real-time frame rates. This module includes the award-winning SpeedTree® technology from Interactive Data Visualization, Inc. (IDV) that has been featured in US DoD training systems and in numerous video games.
SpeedTree provides features that facilitate the definition and rendering of high density trees within a Vega Prime application, as well as balance performance and realism to achieve the best look possible while still maintaining the desired frame rate.
