Vega Prime Advanced Atmospheric and Illumination Model

Vega Prime provides atmospheric effects, including time of day, date, sun, stars, moon, cloud layers, wind, visibility, sky color, and fog.  On shader enabled hardware, this environment module provides an advanced atmospheric and illumination model that results in accurate high dynamic range visualization of the environment at all times of the day. The environments module also includes more elaborate environment effects, such as rain and snow effects, volumetric clouds, lightning effects, and variable rain shafts.
