Actually I have installed Creator 2.5.1 in Windows XP, And now I have bought the license of update to version 3.5 of Creator Pro.

I installed the new version in my system, but I have not been able to begin the program Creator and neither License Tool, because when execute these programs a message appears in the desktop “It could not begin the application, because their configuration is incorrect, reinstall the application can solve the problem .

For this moment I don’t have response to this situation.
Can it be due to a bad configuration of Windows that causes that problem? Because I have restored the image of the PC and it continues happening the same thing.

I waiting for you response.

Thanks

The problem was resolved.

The S.O. WIndows XP installed had small problems, that surprisingly affect only the execution of Creator.
The solution was install again everything. The good is that all programs work faster..

Thanks
