Hello everyone.

A Lyra v3.0.3 software update is now available on the Customer Support Download Portal. The 3.0.3 update provide a set of fixes for issues found since the release of v3.0. Included in this update are fixes for Shadows, and CIGI. This update is inclusive so it also includes all the fixes from previous updates for v3.0.

A full list of the issues resolved with this update can be found in the v3.0.3 release notes.

Hello, you can find both the major releases and all the available patches in the download section of the Presagis Support Portal. To get there you can log in and….

- Go to the ‘support’ section of the website (link at upper left)
- Click on the ‘my dashboard’ link on the left
- Go to the ‘downloads’ tab
- Select the applicable version of the product (i.e. Lyra 3.0)
- In that section you will see downloads for the major version as well as any patches available
