Boundary Demarcation - Repost

Hey all,

could anybody please tell, how can we demarcate boundaries in terrain using TV.
like, i have a vector layer for dividing all regional states in a country, i want these regional state boundaries to be shown as a specific width red/green/blue line.

need any help on this

Perhaps you could put them in as fake roads, substituting red, green and blue textures for the standard road textures.  The experts will be able to tell you how to accomplish this.

well, thats the idea i had in my mind.
but how to we solve width issue for various heights?? An aeroplane flying at 15 km should see different width borders whereas flying at 1 km should see different.

Main aim here is to achieve Google Earht like boundary demarcation using Terra-Vista and Vega-Prime.
Hope any expert could suggest something on this.

You can different width “roads” on each terrain LOD, this would allow you to have wider “roads” on the lower LODs and as you descend the “roads” would get thinner.
Use the From Level Id and To Level Id in the road range limits
