Montreal (Canada) - January 18th, 2005 - Engenuity Technologies Inc. [TSX: EGY], a leading provider of solutions for the development of high-end visualization and simulation applications, today announced that one of the world’s largest military aircraft suppliers has purchased licenses of STAGE Scenario, STAGE Flightsim and KineMap™ Digital Map Software, for a total of $200,000. This software package will be used in conjunction with VAPS, Engenuity’s industry leading avionics development tool, to build a highly-realistic PC-based flight simulator.

A key element in the sale is KineMap™, a new tool offered by Engenuity that allows users to easily add ‘moving maps’ to a flight display. As the pilot flies over a region, KineMap™ displays both the map and objects on land and in the air onto the aircraft’s primary screen, giving him a visual representation of his surroundings. As demand grows for moving map technology in the avionics industry, Engenuity is well positioned to capture early market share with its KineMap™ product, which supports a tight integration with VAPS.
