MONTRÉAL - July 14th, 2005 - Engenuity Technologies Inc. (TSX: EGY), a leading provider of solutions for the development of high-end visualization and simulation applications, today announced the appointment of Brian Grega to the role of senior vice-president of sales to lead its worldwide sales efforts.

Grega comes to Engenuity from Open Source Development Lab, where he was director of business development. Prior to that, Grega worked as an independent consultant providing high-impact coaching, counsel and training to technology sales organizations. Grega has also held senior management positions with MontaVista Software Inc., GLOBEtrotter Software, Lynx Real-Time Systems and Microtec Research.

Grega holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California at Berkeley.
