ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Presagis Worldwide

Location: Montreal - QC - Canada
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a key person for reception and some administrative related tasks.
- Perform general administrative assistant duties (phone, filing, maintenance of various databases and other general administrative duties).
- Set up conference calls.
- Create spreadsheets in Excel, edit and create and review letters and contracts in Word.
- Answer telephone, screen calls, take messages, and forward calls/pages as appropriate.
- Maintain department filing systems.
- Provide secretarial support.
- Participate in a variety of special projects.
- Update various company lists and reports.
- Carry out any other duties which may be required from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- High School or professional degree in secretarial studies, or equivalent combination of related training and experience.
- Three to five years previous experience.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French (written and spoken).
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Multitasking skills.
- Attention to details, flexibility, tact and diplomacy.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and be comfortable working with new computer applications/databases.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
