REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - WESTERN REGION - Presagis USA

JOB SUMMARY

The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing territory. The successful candidate must have 10+ years experience in strategic sales in the modeling and simulation or embedded systems market.  They must have a proven track record and be willing to travel frequently within the Western US (at least 50% travel).  


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting to the Director, Western Region, the Regional Manager will sell all Presagis products in the aerospace, defense and automotive industries. 
  • Devise complex business solutions and strategies aimed at penetration of geography accounts
  • Participate in establishing objectives for the territory and defining its yearly objective
  • Responsible for monitoring sales pipeline and providing revenue forecast for given territory
  • In conjunction with other regional manager, ensure harmonization of sales activities across territories


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Minimum 7 years experience selling high value products in the defined markets
  • Excellent personal and communication skills
  • Significant experience selling in the aerospace and defense vertical markets
  • Experience in Modeling and Simulation or Embedded Markets
  • Ability to maintain positive attitude, even in stressful situations
  • Highly self motivated

  • Ability to define sales strategy for large accounts
  • Ability to define plan to achieve objectives
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
