JUNIOR ANALYST, GENERAL ACCOUNTING - Presagis Worldwide
Job type: Full-time
Location: Montreal - QC - Canada
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The major responsibility of the incumbent of the position will be to support the preparation of the financial statements: journal entries, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable follow up, etc.
- The incumbent will also:
- assist with different financial analysis;
- do monthly reporting updates;
- help to prepare the forecasts, the budget and the strategic plan;
- participate in any other related activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- University graduate in accounting studies with one year of related experience or College Degree in Accounting with three years of related experience.
- Good knowledge of accounting cycle.
- Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision while respecting deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team dynamically and efficiently.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French languages.
- Knowledge of Oracle an asset.
- Ability to work within the dynamic context of a multinational enterprise.
